Excursion to Mumbai & Alibaug

Parents are requested to drop their children on Sus Road, Opp Reliance Fresh at 6.00 a.m.

Return: On Wednesday, 29th Feb., 2010, 5:30 p.m. (APPROX)

Clothes for two days
Suitable swimwear - (shorts/Tights + T-Shirt for girls)
– NOT Swimming Costumes

Cap, Hanging water Bottle, Handkerchief, 2 napkins,
Torch, Diary & pen

Personal illness medicine kit with complete name of medicines (instructions in typed form)

All the items must be neatly packed in a haversack

Night stay at Alibaug is in a hotel. All bedding will be provided by the hotel.
ITEMS NOT TO BE CARRIED:
No MOBILE PHONE
- Foods or sweets of any kind,
- Music Systems,
- Money
Note: Mobile phones will be confiscated for the rest of the year and parents will have to pay a fine of Rs. 500.
Please ensure that the INDEMNITY form at the end of the communication book is signed and submitted. The tour organisers will not take any child who has not submitted the Indemnity form.
